| Welcome to Barcelona Vacation – specializing in short-term accommodations for large groups….. students, professionals and tourists. Our properties offer the privacy and convenience groups need when they come to Barcelona for their studies, internships or professional exchange and research programmes.
Who are these groups? We work mostly with companies organizing and managing programmes sponsored by the European Commission. Beneficiaries of these programmes receive scholarships to undertake their study visits, research programmes or internships and need lodging for short periods of time, from as little as two weeks to a maximum of 62 weeks. We also help large groups and families coming to Barcelona for their vacation and leisure activities, and small tour groups with a dedicated itinerary. If you are interested in offering your flat, apartment or house for their use, we have a unique registration programme where there are no fees until you receive a booking. It is free to register – there are no contracts, and you only pay for performance: if you don't get bookings, you never have to pay anything. It's a no risk proposition! Here is how it works. • Register your property. List as many properties as you like for FREE. There are no limits for individual Owners or Property Managers. Your listing will include images, maps, features, pricing, and more. Showcase up to 10 photos per property to help guests get a better feel for your property and its amenities. • We handle all of the phone calls, emails and correspondence from prospective guests, then contact you to make final arrangements with a guest who is committed to booking your property. You don't have to haggle with guests ever. This saves you valuable time and money. • Property owners participating in our programme are able to establish and control the rental rates charged for their units. • On every confirmed booking we obtain for you, we collect 10% of the total rental plus IVA. All amounts including taxes, are documented for you in a 'Property Account Report' in our monthly certified accounting to you. • If you receive more than two bookings through us, we will charge a fee of 100€ euro to help offset the costs of setting up and maintaining your unit page and ongoing liaison.
